It's been a long time since I've encountered a complete range of speakers that virtually everybody and anybody seems to love. Whether it's straight stereo or Home Cinema, the Ikons produce a rare blend of detail and weight that never fails to bring a smile to the lips. Now at last, we have the long-awaited centres to match these excellent speakers. The Vokal 1, with its smaller drivers and standard tweeter, is more suited to the IKON 2s and IKON 5 fronts. The Vokal 2 with its larger drivers and brilliant hybrid tweeter is ideal for the ikon 6s and 7s, but also works superbly with the smaller speakers too. Very soon, Dali's 'on-wall' rears will be with us, completing the set. Once that happens, we will have the full Dali surround sound solution, which I am certain will outperfom virtually every other system we have.
