SUPER-FAST  Courier Delivery!

Creative Audio runs a hugely successful mail order operation. Each year we deliver thousands of parcels to destinations all over the UK, with virtually no outstanding issues. The vast majority of these shipments are sent out for delivery on a 'next working day' basis - in other words, goods normally arrive one working day after they are ordered. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as 'working days', so there are no deliveries on those days.

This system works incredibly well, with over 90% of our consignments being delivered just one working day after they were ordered. Not bad, when you consider that this super-fast, secure service is offered totally free of charge, to most of our customers. However, as with all courier services, certain factors should always be bourne in mind:

• Our couriers operate on a 'best endeavour' basis, i.e. next working day delivery is NOT legally guaranteed. This is particularly important to remember if you are relying on one of our products for a specific reason (e.g. as a present to be given on a specific day, or as part of an installation to be fitted on a specific day). In situations where our products are required on a specific date, we would recommend that you order well in advance (e.g. at least a week away from D-day!).
  
  
• Someone needs to be 'in' all day at the designated address to sign for the goods. Couriers do not work to time slots - someone needs to be available all day. We can, however, deliver to a work address if required, plus we can track parcels to give progress updates.
  
  
• Orders placed before noon have a better chance of overnight delivery.
  
  
• Free overnight delivery is to most mainland UK addresses only - some postcodes (Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland) attract a surcharge and take longer.
  
  
• We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.
  
  
• We do not export (including to Southern Ireland, or the Channel Islands) but some of our overseas customers arrange for a courier to uplift goods from our shop, at their cost (and risk) subject to us having received cleared funds. Before placing an order with us, overseas customers should bear in mind that they will be responsible for freight charges both ways, in the event of goods having to be returned to the shop under warranty.
