Creative Audio runs a hugely successful mail order operation. Each year we deliver thousands of parcels to destinations all over the UK, with virtually no outstanding issues. The vast majority of these shipments are sent out for delivery on a 'next working day' basis - in other words, goods normally arrive one working day after they are ordered. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as 'working days', so there are no deliveries on those days.

This system works incredibly well, with over 90% of our consignments being delivered just one working day after they were ordered. Not bad, when you consider that this super-fast, secure service is offered totally free of charge, to most mainland UK destinations. However, as with all courier services, certain factors should always be borne in mind - full delivery Terms and Conditions are shown here, but a quick summary would be as follows (take a deep breath):

In order to qualify for next day delivery, orders should be received before noon on the day preceding the target delivery day;  we deliver to most (but not all) mainland UK destinations;  we don't export outside the UK;  most parcels do arrive on the next working day but next day delivery is not legally guaranteed;  we can't be held responsible or liable for any loss due to non-delivery / delayed delivery;  we can deliver to your home or a registered business address;  we can target any day but someone has to be physically in on that day to sign for the goods;  the couriers don't work to time slots;  the goods must be checked before signing;  any damage / non-delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

If the truth be known, most of the conditions shown above relate to just about any courier service from any retailer, but we believe in being up front about things right from the word go, so that everyone knows exactly where they stand.
