Yes, the Reference 100 Mk1 has been fed nothing but steroids for the past 2 months and has re-emerged as a strapping Mk2 version, with the sort of specification that will knock the competition for six! Whether you intend to use it on Music or Home Cinema, there is simply nothing to touch it for the money. What's more, all this clout is housed in a super-compact box, measuring not much more than 1 cubic foot. Bearing in mind that most subs are the size of a small town, this has got to be a huge plus point in the 'domestic harmony' stakes. You can see the relationship between performance and 'cuteness' if you look at our photo above and focus on the size of bass driver they've manage to squeeze into this minuscule design. You simply can't get better bass performance from a box this size.Cute looks, tiny size, deep tight bass - exactly what everybody wants from a sub, the Mk2 is a real winner! |
