The Arenas feature ultra expensive dual-concentric drivers, with a wide-bandwidth tweeter set inside a hi-tech 4 inch bass unit. The result is that all sounds originate from one point-source, giving exceptional performance, plus very wide sound dispersion and excellent 3D imaging. In other words, they are the best sounding satellite speaker on the market!
We are great fans of KEF's KHT3005 speakers - we've probably sold more of them than just about any other dealer in the UK. Their 'grapefruit on a stalk' looks may not be to everyone's taste, and they may struggle in larger rooms, but we still think that they're one of the best small speaker packages ever made.
However, above all else, we pride ourselves on being fiercely independent - we are never blindly loyal to one brand, no matter how much we like it. And at the moment, we have to say that, in our opinion, the 3005SEs are NOT the best value for money on the market. The reason for this is simply because of the amazing special purchase we've just secured on one of the 3005SEs major competitors - the Tannoy Arena Lites. We are selling a bundle deal featuring these amazing speakers at just £799. Not only does this represent a saving of £550, but it also significantly undercuts the RRP of the 3005SEs by £200. What's more, we are allowed to ship the Arenas to our customers, whereas KEF totally ban any dealer from shipping their 3005SEs. Bearing in mind that the Arena Lites perform virtually identically to the Multi award-winning Tannoy Arena (which, in full battle trim, have an RRP of £1600), you don't have to be Einstein to work out that the package deals shown below represent astonishing value for money.
